Stacking Salt Park Guidance
盐坨公园北至榆关道、东至铁东路、西至现状铁路线、南至快速志成道辅路，占地28万平方米。依据全市的统一部署，河北区按照“一桥一 景、因桥制宜”的要求，高标准对志成桥、民权门桥等14座城市桥梁桥下空间进行综合治理。该项目就是桥下空间综合治理的代表项目。
With cover area of 280,000㎡, the Stacking Salt Park to the north of Elm Road, East Rail Road, West to the current railway line, South to the fast Zhi into Dao side road. According to the city’s unified deployment, Hebei District, in accordance with the requirements of ‘manage differing bridges, create bridge scene’, the ZhiCheng Bridge and MinQuanMen Bridge with 14 bridges have been proceeding a comprehensive management. It is also a representative project of bridge comprehensive management.
该公园有三个特点：一是突出文化主题特色。将“文化河北”定位融入其中，以“盐业史”在城市发展过程中形成的“盐文化”为主题，在原有桥柱体表面设置盐文化浮雕，在桥下区域设置袖珍而别致的中式园林景观，融合具有区域文化价值的理念和特色，通过园林建筑的展示，延续文化的传承。二是构建城市大绿美景。打造连续的林荫路系统，在由南向北的中轴线上，形成了以“观盐赏花行绿道、游憩休闲绿荫中”为主题的慢行绿道系统，分门别类地设置了不同特色的生态主题区域，总体绿化面积超过20万平方米。栽植乔木7500株、灌木1.1万株；三是承载百姓和谐生活。凸显以人为本、为民服务的理念，多条甬路、石材广场、树阵广场、特色坐凳以及书吧、廊架、景亭等形成供游人休闲娱乐的区域，设有门球场、环形跑道、儿童活动区等，满足不同年龄层次的群众需求。

To create a continuous tree lined road system, in the central axis of the south to the north, forming a “view salt flowers, green road, recreational shade” as the theme of the slow greenway system, classify the different characteristics of the ecological theme areas, overall greening area of more than 200,000square meters. Planting trees 7,500, shrubs 11,000; Three is carrying people living in harmony. Highlight the people-oriented, civil service philosophy, square stone, tree plaza; characteristics sit stool and reading café, corridor, Scene Pavilion etc, to meet the needs of the masses of different ages.
新开河畔盐坨桥一带曾有盐坨村。明代为贮存长芦盐的“皇盐厂”。清乾隆四年（1739年）《天津县志》卷九载：“皇盐厂，在天津城北，为前明堆贮贡盐之地，有官厅数间。”“上裕饷需，下应民食”，素有“贡盐”之称。盐码放如山，俗称“盐坨”。此公园原为盐的存放处，故起名为盐坨公园。
古人有诗描绘：“盐坨堆积崇如山”、“露积莹莹明照眼”、“冰山十丈高峨峨”,是非常壮观的场面。又有诗描绘芦盐：“芦台极目际平沙，利博谁伶害亦赊。土面刮来淋玉液，鏊头沸尽结银花。” “破垒烧残炊灶火，荒池漉尽水晶花。”

游园须知 Notice for Tourist
为了加强公园管理，维护公园正常秩序，为广大市民提供良好的游憩场所，盐坨公园根据国务院（城市绿化条例）制定天津盐坨公园游客须知，望广大游客文明游 园，自觉遵守。 一：游客不得携带有毒、易燃易爆、化学危险品、枪支弹药刀具及宠物入园。 二：游客车辆（残疾人使用的轮椅、婴儿车除外）禁止入内。 三：自觉爱护花草树木，严禁爬树、折枝、摘花、采果、挖树根、践踏草坪绿地等。 四：爱护园内设施，严禁挪动或损坏桌椅、果皮箱、建筑小品、陈列物品、标识牌等设施设备。损失设备照价赔偿。 五：严禁随地吐痰、便溺、乱扔果皮及废物垃圾；禁止在公园建（构）筑物、自然景物及各类设施上攀爬、涂写、刻划、张贴。禁止翻越围墙、栏杆、绿篱。 六：严禁故意制造噪音、乱喊乱叫、乞讨、赌博、搞迷信活动等行为。 七：严禁结伙斗殴、寻衅滋事、及其他违反治安管理条例行为。 八：严禁在公园内举行集会、展览、摆摊设点、烧烤野炊、搞大型娱乐活动等。
In order to strengthen the management , maintain regular order, to provide good recreational place for the general public, salt Tuo park has set an planning of Tourist Notice which in line with the State Council (urban greening Regulations) , hope the majority of tourists consciously comply with the rules.
- Visitors are not allowed carrying toxic, flammable and explosive,dangerous chemicals, guns and ammunition tools and pets.
- Vehicles are (except for disabled and baby carriage ) forbidden.Consciously care and treat greening environment: climbing tree,breaking branches, flowing-picking,fruit picking, digging up root sand walking on grass etc are strictly prohibited.
- Taking good care of the facilities, any damaging and destroy action will cause full price compensation.
- Spitting, defecation, littering are strictly prohibited; any action of climbing, scribbling,engraving and paper pasting are totally regulated.Crossing enclosure, fence and hedge are not allowed.
- Do not deliberately making noise, shouting, begging, gambling,superstitious activities.
- Prohibited Gang fighting, affray, and other acts of violation of security Regulations.
- No assembly, exhibition, stalls, barbecue picnic and other recreational activities are engaged in.
